Deaddiction Center Indore, under the Sigma Samaj Kalyan Samiti, is affiliated to the Social Justice Department and the Women and Child Welfare Department of MP Government. It works towards creating awareness and treating the people suffering from addiction to alcohol, drugs, and tobacco. Operating since 1995, the center works in close coordination with the State Government as well as the United Nations Development Program (UNDP).
The center works on scientific and spiritual-based treatment methodology and has gained significant success. It has branches in nearby cities as well. Deaddiction Center Indore provides comprehensive packages of treatment for addiction based on the general physician, experienced counselor, and psychologist. It is well augmented by a psycho-spiritual program based on meditation, yoga, and recreation. The multi-disciplinary therapy makes the patients develop a value-based system and works on the inner strength as well. The facilities here include a well-equipped Gym and sufficient open space for outdoor games and activities.
