Vikalp Counselling & Rehabilitation Center, Ghaziabad, is managed by the CCAA Trust that came into inception in the year 2003. The founder member of this trust is Mr. Pradeep Goyal, and the primary objective is to provide wellness to the patients struggling with addiction of any harmful substances like nicotine, tobacco, various kinds of drugs and alcohol.
